Spiritual LYF COACH
Subconsciously, I wanted something/someone who could understood me, listen, be wise enough to sift through my madness, and help to get me back on track to being the highest version of myself, authentically. Wearing a mask wasn't working. I desired someone to help rid me of all the rubbage and hold me accountable for the goals I yearned to achieve, for the ones I didn't even consider, for the ones I thought I was not worthy to have, and for the ones I thought too high to attain. I needed a wake up call, a jump start, and a reminder, but first, the change had to begin within me.

Not knowing what I was getting myself into and unsure if I could afford the service, I booked my first session, and instantly, I knew that's where I needed to be. I took the time and did the work (still do), and it wasn’t always easy. My coach, Jonathan L. Harris, was just that, a coach. He pushed me to the edge of the cliff and made me believe I could fly.
During my sessions, I’ve cried, been resistant, wanted to quit, gotten upset, and been rewarded by the experience as a whole. It pushed me to be the best version of myself; I had to acknowledge unresolved emotions, deal with them, and then, execute my goals.

The beauty is now I had tools, supporters, and someone holding me accountable who wasn't afraid of me. and as a visionary, someone who was able to see a greater vision.

Truthfully, I never saw a need for a Life Coach until I got one. With his dedication, I felt like I had my greatest advocate in my corner, and it sometimes felt like I was a heavy weight fighter in my last boxing round being knocked out. In moments, I've had to remember the voice of my coach to pick myself up off the ground.

He helped me to recognize my internal beauty and power.

It is my desire to be this person for you.

With my birth name Ayisha meaning “Life,” as your LYF Coach, it is my goal to help rebirth LYF (Loving Yourself First) into you. It's where we must all begin...with ourselves.

LYF Coaching is more than a LYF Message. It's LYF work. This is commitment to goals, execution, and a commitment to you...Loving Yourself First.

Though the process of being coached is rewarding, this work is not for the faint of heart. It takes vulnerability, consistency, and dedication, but it is worth it.
