Maybe this "love challenge" happened when your heart was broken the first time. Maybe, those closing their hearts or trying to control it to prevent a potential heartbreak need to reframe their perspective. Heartbreaks, though painful, only show us that we can feel. It opens us to a level of love we didn't know exist and makes room for those who deserve. So tell the heartbreakers, "Thank you," and then move on. They didn't break your heart. They broke you open...to a deeper love.
